UNDP and KAP Empower Aspiring Entrepreneurs through Startup Marathon

Kensington Academy for Professional Training (KAP), in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), recently concluded the Startup Marathon, a two-week intensive program designed to equip emerging entrepreneurs with the skills and insights required to excel in today’s competitive landscape.

The Startup Marathon brought together a diverse group of participants, guiding them from the foundational pre-seed stage to the critical seed stage of business development. Through KAP’s academically accredited pathways, the program delivered a comprehensive curriculum that addressed essential pillars of entrepreneurship, including:

• Digital Entrepreneurship and Soft Skills: Sessions focused on cultivating the skills necessary for success in the digital age.
• Business Modeling: Practical training on creating robust business models, led by seasoned experts in the field.
• Public Speaking Mastery: Techniques for effective presentations and impactful stakeholder communication.
• Prototyping and MVP Development: Hands-on workshops that translated participants’ ideas into viable prototypes.
• Pitching and AI Integration: Advanced sessions on pitching, utilizing AI tools to enhance innovation and presentation quality.

The program was led by an exceptional team of trainers, including Mr. Bahjat Mushrif and Engineer Dima Qawas, who provided participants with an immersive educational experience rich with case studies, interactive workshops, and practical applications.
